- The Extended Warranty program is an extension of the standard warranty given on the purchase of a new Tata Hitachi equipment.
- Under this program, Tata Hitachi or its authorized dealers will repair or replace the parts covered under the extended warranty program if they are found defective, provided:
- The equipment is under normal use
- The maintenance of the equipment is carried out by Tata Hitachi’s authorised service engineer as per Tata Hitachi’s schedule
- Tata Hitachi genuine parts (spare parts and consumables) purchased at the authorized dealership have been used during any prior maintenance or repair of the equipment
- This is subject to the terms and conditions of the program.
